You are welcome to try any or all of them and if available, Martin will be more than happy to come and give you a talk about what goes into making the different varieties. If you’re really lucky you might be able to persuade him to give you a tour of his farm just over the hill where he keeps the sheep and goats that produce his famous cheeses.
