This is where it all happens. I got the idea from an amazing, probably the most amazing wine cellar I have ever been in, Greyfriars in The Bahama’s. We went for dinner one night and persuaded the manager to show us. At the end of the cellar is a very private ‘drinking den’ where most of the stories he told me that night can’t be repeated. As the saying goes, ‘what happens on tour, stays on tour’. Ours is nearly as good and is absolutely perfect for sampling all the wines in incredible surroundings.
